William Kings boatyard were famed the world over for building iconic wooden racing yachts at the boatshed that stood on the site of the housing development that now exists.

With the generosity of donations and the band of BWH volunteers, the restored crane and wharf now stand as a testament to the legacy of William Kings Boatbuilders.
